KEEN is currently working towards obtaining ACA accreditation. This is a lengthy process for new camps and can take several years.

While we are working on that process, we want to assure our camp families that we utilize and implement ACA standards into our camp programs, including facility safety and security measures, staff and volunteer background checks, first aid training and certification, and facility and participant health and sanitation standards.

Our camps implement ACA staff to camper ratios to ensure that our campers are able take healthy risks in a safe and nurturing environment. Read on to see what trainings our staff complete prior to camp as well as some of the safety precautions we take at camp.
