Here you'll find some great information for you to review before registering for a KEEN program or camp.

Program and Camp openings are available on a first-come, first-served basis until filled. Registering early is recommended; some Mountaineers overnight camps have as few as 8 spaces available.

IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION!

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A non-refundable deposit (registration fee) is charged and required at enrollment to hold your camper's place in programming.

  1. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the start of the program will result in the loss of deposit

  2. Cancellation between 59-46 days prior to the start of the program will result in the loss of deposit and 50% of total cost

  3. Cancellation less than 45 days prior to the start of the program will result in the loss of 100% of total cost

 

Payment Plans and Late Enrollment:

All payment plans must be paid in full by June 1. Any program enrollment after June 1 must be paid in full at time of registration.

KEEN uses ENROLLSY to facilitate our program registration. Any registration link will take you to the ENROLL portal where you can log in or create a new account. You will be able to add ENROLLEES and register them for specific programs or weeks of camp. KEEN's mission is to cultivate an active understanding of the impacts of climate change on the endangered shrub-steppe and foster commitment to environmental stewardship by providing culturally relevant nature-based education. Our main project is to establish the Yakima Canyon Interpretive Center (YCIC) at Helen McCabe Park near Ellensburg, WA.
